Responsibilities:
- Participate in three-month rotations across various departments, gaining exposure to diverse functions like finance, investment, operations, digital, marketing, products, and more.
- Take on meaningful responsibilities within each rotation, contributing to real projects and experiencing the dynamics of different teams.
- Learn from experienced professionals through mentorship and coaching, gaining valuable insights and guidance throughout the program.

Requirements:
- Recently graduated (within the past two years) with a minimum of a 2:1 (UK) or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong academic record demonstrating your dedication and ability to learn.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in the financial services industry (demonstrated through work experience, coursework, or extracurricular activities).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to different situations.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and research skills are desirable but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Experience:
- Prior internship experience in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
